Still good, but slowly fading

Pros

Lots of lovely, smart people to work with. Customers like the product, I like the product. Good job mobility. Consistent attention is given to improving internal processes. Good mentorship opportunities. Good flexibility around work/life balance. Lots of opportunities for ownership

Cons

Slowly I'm seeing many things I loved about Lucid vanish. Pay is nothing to brag about. Transparency into senior management's decisions has significantly faded since I began. Feels like employees might be getting pushed into the backseat in place of investor interests. I'm constantly training junior engineers.

- Lucid provides lots of development opportunities; every leader I have had at Lucid is invested in helping me develop my career/skills - People come first at Lucid, Ive seen this in practice over and over. More than just nice words. - If you perform well, you will receive recognition and have the opportunity to promote

- No major cons, would just be happy with extra added benefits that I see at some other tech companies
