Pros

Continuing to learn Fun opportunities to participate with company events and Mario Kart competition has been fun, piñata day getting candy, and other fun events. Like pajama day, volunteering opportunities within the community. They have periodic incentives for performance bonus and employee recognition bonus. Offers flexible work schedule

Cons

Luck Grove sets the bar high, and is fast paced with projects. It’s not the kind of place where you can just coast, but that’s a positive for anyone who’s motivated and enjoys being recognized for hard work and results and not having to sit next to someone that is lazy. Clients change what they want so have to go back and make changes Not work from home

good schedule, alright pay, decent people

Cons

frat boy work environment, if your not in the click you are a nobody, management has not a clue how to run a business haha

Pros

Pay was decent starting out. Generally relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Some flexibility to work from home and flexibility with hours to work around kids, appointments, etc.

Cons

Constant changing policies - from unlimited overtime and bonuses and paid lunch to none of those. Some people in leadership positions have little to no knowledge about the software or other operations and rely on those below them to figure things out. Certain people get perks and others don't.
