Luck Grove provides all employees the same opportunities for advancement regardless of their age. An individuals advancement and success within the company are dependent on the hard work and effort they put into their position. The company appreciates all input from current and former employees on its policies and procedures and will be sure to address any inefficiencies within the company during it's next leadership meeting.

Everything else. They tell you stuff that makes it sound good. The company is poorly ran.

Luck Grove appreciates your input on its pay structure and management. As clients' needs shift, so must the operational tempo within the company. The change in expectations of each position are to meet the change in expectations from each different client.

Pros

Unlimited overtime but the pay is so low that its a waste of time

Cons

everything about this company seems like a scam from the CEO to the lower level managers. The culture sucks. I don't see this company going anywhere with all these teenagers running their show
