Bad weather days, but thats the job i signed up for and it makes me appreciate the better weather days.

Good Place To Learn

Pros

Didn't have much experience before Luck Grove, but I was still trained and able to learn the ins and outs, which ended up getting me a better role at another company. This was a solid place to use as a stepping stone in my career.

Cons

Didn't get the mobility within the company that I would have hoped. Some people were able to move throughout the company and learn different projects. Felt that I was pigeonholed in one department.
