-Poor project scheduling by management
-Poor communication
-Management's Inability to create realistic deadlines
-Required overtime to make up for the above management mistakes
-Inconsistent progress evaluations for employes, paired with insubstantial raises during compensation reviews (if any at all)
-Retaliation from upper management
-Inappropriate workplace relationships (you're better off being a buddy or family member to receive fair treatment)
-Consistent policy and rule changes and loss of privileges with none gained in replacement
-Pay is below the avg. within the field (for all positions)
Luck Grove is the definition of a sinking ship. What was a great and ambitious company years ago, is now a sad and hollow version grasping for straws and new projects to make ends meet. Their priority is not the people that work for them or their well-being, rather upper management is completely driven by profit. It's sad to see where they've come and how far they continue to dig themselves into these holes, truly with no way of coming back.
