good schedule, alright pay, decent people

Cons

frat boy work environment, if your not in the click you are a nobody, management has not a clue how to run a business haha

bad work place environment

Pros

Some fun company bonding and charity experiences to be involved in.

Cons

Lack of communication between upper management and employees without clear direction on work. Not the safest environment to work in socially. Inappropriate conduct happens with upper management and other employees like harassment and personal relationships.

Pros

Pay was decent starting out. Generally relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Some flexibility to work from home and flexibility with hours to work around kids, appointments, etc.

Cons

Constant changing policies - from unlimited overtime and bonuses and paid lunch to none of those. Some people in leadership positions have little to no knowledge about the software or other operations and rely on those below them to figure things out. Certain people get perks and others don't.
