Pros

Unlimited overtime but the pay is so low that its a waste of time

Cons

everything about this company seems like a scam from the CEO to the lower level managers. The culture sucks. I don't see this company going anywhere with all these teenagers running their show

We will continue to provide as much notice as possible when a change of policy occurs to give employees the opportunity to prepare.

A lot of room for improvement

Pros

-Theres a certain level of independence, you mostly just get to do your thing and don't have to deal with customers -Unique work schedule you likely won't find anywhere else, and you almost always travel during your shift which might also be taken as a con depending on your situation

Cons

-It's a young company that's still figuring out what it's doing and things can change without warning -Failure of management on all levels, provides barely any training then they get upset at you when you don't know what you're doing -You consistently have to watch your paycheck and chase down your pay -You have to use your personal vehicle and they'll only provide a flat stipend, which is nowhere near enough, no matter how much you drive (Often times >5k miles in a month!) -Upper management is very dismissive of employee concerns and feedback -Fairly high turnover rate -Management only cares about the number of poles you get, doesn't matter the environment or other factors surrounding that, if you don't get a high number of poles, you're lazy
