Pros

The best reasons to work for Bowlmor is the high volume, fast pace, and the catering menu. You will learn as well as grow with the company through expansion. You could come into Bowlmor at an entry level position and work your way up the ladder to management.

Cons

The company is young and steady growing. Training is and can be difficult at times depending on staffing as well as Volume of sales. if it is to busy you have to catch on fast an if it is to slow your short staff.

Pros

It was a fairly easy job, not a lot of responsibility.

Cons

You will wait hours for a manager to let you end your shift. HOURS! I was sick, vomiting in their bathrooms, and one manager would not let me leave. The Union Sq. location is disgusting. They will constantly call you in on your day off. Or when you are leaving at the end of your shift, they will ask you to come back in an hour and work the night shift, last minute. They will ask you to stand outside and greet customers, so dress warm during winter or you will freeze!
