Fellow Employs are amazing, Direct managers are great.

Cons

Layoffs have become a yearly issue. Even after it is stated that there will be no more. When moving positions internally there is a ceiling to salary increases that isn't there for external hires.

Long time without increases, never backfill positions. Lack of direction from middle management.

Good pay, Decent benefits. Good people.

Cons

They absolutely do not value their employees. Seems there is a new round of RIFs every week. Lots of great talent being shuffled off to go work for the competition.
