      Innovative Integrated Internet Infrastructure security offerings! (That are different than cloud offerings) Almost every business utilizes part of the Lumen peered network!

      Cons

      Change happens all the time and sometimes it is quite unexpected!

      Great benefits, pay, and opportunities for promotion or lateral change.

      Cons

      CWA Union position, poor communication from or between leadership (ironic for a telecom/communications company). Slow to no response to equipment issues, Entirely rote job expectations: scripting, processing analytics, surveying: creativity is actively put down and derided. Database systems (for diagnostics and analytics) constantly slow or unresponsive across the department, but individuals were expected to keep low calls times even when they had no tools to help the customer.
