Nothing moves too fast, expectations are not super high, people are generally nice.

Cons

Some teams expect weekend work. Lots of technical debt on certain teams. And organization shakeups lead to gaps in knowledge.

Lack of Direction and overall company objectives, it is a telecom company. Compensation also lesser than industry standards. Promotions take time.
