      Always changing and not for the better

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, offers great vacation, great coworkers, and good pay.

      Cons

      downgraded the systems that make it very hard to do your job. Very SLOW. Does not have what it takes to compete in todays world of communications. DSL does not compare to any competitor data service as far as speed and capabilities. No mobil service. If we can't get our own systems to speed up to do our jobs its not likely they will do it for the customer either. If the company does not catch up in technology. It does not look like a very promising future. I have been with this company for over 15yrs and have watched it slowly decline over the last several years.

      Benefits keep decreasing, rasises and bonus were better under Qwest

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to work in different locations. You get to work with a broad spectrum of technology.

      Cons

      Since Centurylink merged with Qwest they are reducing overall benefits for all employees. They were much better under Qwest management. Small town managment running a big corporation.

      Standard schedule Monday thru Friday Good spiffs Center management was good

      Cons

      Upward advancement is non existent They are closing down any center that is unionized They closed their top center in the company When they bought out Qwest they changed everything and it wasn't for the better
