      it's better than being unemployed

      Cons

      - Title downgrades/pay freeze/bonus cut - Redneck - Disorganized, bi-polar management - Bullying tactics - Exec staff can't use the restroom without CEO's permission - Religious nonsense forced down your throat - Morale is low - Everyone from Savvis merger is a VP or SVP - top heavy joke - Left-over Qwest managment is another big joke - all the awesome VPs took the money and ran last year - Exec staff appears to be oblivious to how miserable the employees have become - probably more of a case of they just don't care - Getting anything done, is a constant tug of war

      Cons

      Unfortunately employees (occupational or 1st level management) are not empowered to do the right thing for customer. If an employees actions aren't in the set parameters than disciplinary action will follow.
