      Could be Better

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Nice work environment. Friendly co-workers and lower management. Very flexible with schedule.

      Cons

      Constant never ending changes. Since first merger brought in new systems that set us back 10-15yrs. Takes longer and more complicated order entry. Need better raises. Health Care-price going up and covering less Web based training...need more one on one classroom training. Graded on score cards like school kids. New Soft phones--are not working. Can't get thru to other centers half the time to transfer, or if you do you hang up on one or both parties. Not a friendly system. Of course, I guess it goes with the order entry system.

      They are work at home postions After you been there a while schedule get better They even have split schedules Great Benefits Decent pay Great Co-Workers to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      Pay raises are lousy took away bonus They focus on the negative Never say or nothing postive to motivate employee
