      Pros

      Decent benefits and some plans have a HRA that the company contributes to and it rolls over from year to year if you keep the same plan

      Cons

      They replace seasoned and experienced employees with college connect applicants for less than 50% of what the job should pay.

      Overall positive experience. No consistency within company

      Pros

      Competitive pay / Intelligent group of people to work with / Great partners within the tech space

      Cons

      No "Teamwork, Trust, and Transparency" which the company preaches. Do not forget this is a large publicly traded company. They answer to the shareholders and do not care about you as a "cog" in the wheel. My most successful quarter in sales of my entire career was the quarter I was laid off (wave 4 of 5 - 6000+ total layoffs in the span of 6 months).

      Pros

      It is a job and some people there are nice.

      Cons

      CEO tries to implement a 'culture' change but really just bows to the board. Would be better if she was just honest about all the layoffs vs. trying to shove her celebrity crush Brene Brown down everyone's throats. Management still leads by fear tactics with middle management afraid to speak up. Lower end sales employees prodded to sacrifice their morals just to make a sale. Nobody really seems to care though, they will just bring in people from outside with promise of greener pastures ahead...
