      This company has people with inflated titles that don’t know what they’re doing. Leadership and HR are clueless. They said they want to grow but they’re gonna have a rude awakening.

      * CEO's actions show humility, not just his words * Excellent work life balance * Bottom's up culture is empowering * Good pay, fully remote. When we do travel to offsights as a team we are well taken care of without the ticky tack expense policies. Just be a good person and think in the confluence of the company financials and your own comfort. * My manager is incredible

      * As a fintech, certain on-boarding processes and security practices are tedious. * Healthcare cost could be better
