      Pros

      Selfless leadership, transparency, and trust from above, below, and from peers make this a fantastic place to work. The company is a very high-trust environment, supporting a distributed workforce of high-performers. The net result is predictable planned outcomes and satisfied clients. Management's plans feel methodical and organized, and priorities aren't constantly shifting without reason or understanding.

      Cons

      Leadership has a deliberate plan for measured growth. Sometimes I miss the moonshot hypergrowth of VC-backed firms; but this is far more sustainable, and the culture reflects that.

      Digital banking is a complex product/platform to deliver. With an all star set of employees with great perspective and years of experience it’s easy to provide our partners with an unparalleled level of service and consultative approach. It’s very easy working with everyone because of their depth of knowledge and understanding of digital banking and the product.

      Continue to hire quality employees with a desire to serve and excel.

      Killer product! Amazing team. Thoughtful approach from leadership to build the kind of organization where people love to give their best effort and come to work everyday. Excellent opportunity to work with the best toys, and state of the art technology. Huge opportunity here to advance your career. Individual voices are heard. Fresh brand identity aimed at high-quality software design and delivery. Company was built purposely by digital banking experts in 2016 -- so no bad habits! Start-up values and excitement blended with financial stability of PSCU. Great HR support and health care benefits from parent company. For having introduced the product only 13 months ago in April 2018, it's very exciting to hear and see the positive market feedback!! We're all very proud of the brand, and yet heads-down about each new step forward. Humble, but confident!

      Cons

      None I can tell, but people need to be prepared to work hard! We love a decentralized work setup, where we easily support remote employees. You need to love using Zoom for our web video calls, and staying connected with your peers! That may not be for everyone.
