      Pros

      Employees are smart, friendly, and supportive of each other. Leaders are transparent, easy to work with, and delegate like crazy. Clients are carefully matched with Lumin's DNA. The company never overcommits and always delivers on promises. Technology is cutting edge and fun to develop with. Quality is excellent which makes the my job easier.

      Cons

      COVID makes it tough get together especially with the company being based in California.

      Pros

      Wonderful culture. They treat their employees with respect and compensate them handsomely. I have 1:1s with the CEO - how cool is that?! The company has moderate diversity, and has a DEI team to ensure a healthy work atmosphere. The company is always eager to embrace change and new technologies. I love always having interesting work to do! This company spends more time and energy on employee wellness than all other companies I've been at. Effective communication with peers and leadership is just as much of a priority as completing work towards business needs. Upper management frequently meets to discuss how they can be more open, available, and empowering for their employees. Leadership often asks "how can I be better?" Despite much of the company being remote, I feel like I "know" my coworkers incredibly well.

      Cons

      Could be a difficult work/life balance. I work hard for the aforementioned handsome compensation.
