      Great Hospital but Not a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Great hospital that offers awesome services and programs.

      Cons

      ZERO professional development. Do not come here and expect any real raise or salary increase. No one here is forward thinking and those who are, are not taken seriously. The leave sucks! Management is too busy bad-mouthing behind closed doors instead of attempting to change and evolve outdated policies.

      Pros

      Best Paying Hospital Around Tuition Reimbursement On-site classes and training Co-workers are great and considerate Patients come from a variety of different places in MD, very cultured

      Cons

      Pathways is sort of the "red headed step child" of AAMC since it is offsite. The consideration that the hospital gets Pathways doesn't. Insurance is very expensive for out of network providers.

      Not much to say here

      Cons

      Too many cuts over too many years. Execs expect unrealistic levels of growth so they can take home huge bonuses while the rest of us have positions and budgets cut every year. Most of our debt is no doubt due to the millions that end up in their pockets every year.
