      Clique-ish and once you burn your bridges, you have a hard time geting back into the clique.

      great work environment. happy, friendly, professional co-workers, community and patients generally pleased with the hospital.

      Cons

      HR dept takes forever. difficult to get a job there unless you know someone. benefits are expensive. not much patient or staff diversity. to many PA's not enough NP's

      Whistleblowers are not appreciated. If you point out a problem or possibly a better way of doing things, you then are the problem.
