      There is no incentive to perform or do more than the minimum. Everyone gets the same raise and no bonus.

      Mostly supportive coworkers to handle the stress

      Cons

      Overworked, no breaks, make you stay late regularly, no late policy for patients and won’t turn patients away even if their order is wrong or they’re not prepped for their exam, management makes techs do exams they’re not trained to do. All they see is dollar signs and they abuse their techs.
