Care more about money than patients or staff

Pros

Colleagues were great, always helpful

Cons

No merit raises this year. Always short staffed. No protected lunch. Now telling floors to run short for budget issues, management refusing to give floors staff even if staff are available. Not safe for staff or patients.

Pros

Had a great team. Loved my job and the work load. Pay worked for me as average pay for the area.

Cons

Becoming Luminis and taking on a failing hospital. Pushing out AAMC employees to keep the failing Doctors employees. New upper management played favoritism with the DCMC upper management after they already failed their hospital by putting them in charge at AAMC. Big Mistake. Many of the kept employees are beyond lazy and don’t care. Very few left that actually do care about what they do and work so so so hard without any recognition (it’s a shame those employees get pushed out).
