      Fantastic New Leadership and Mission

      Pros

      The new leadership team is turning the company around, taking care of the employees and rapidly creating new opportunities. I am beyond thrilled that I joined Digital Pharmacist, and highly recommend the company to anyone and everyone!

      Cons

      Some of the older comments here are indicative of the poor work environment fostered by the prior management team. There's been a lot of work to undo that, and it can be considered a thing of the past!

      - CEO has 0 experience leading a company. - CRO has 0 experience leading a sales team like this. - CEO and CRO are ripping apart the system that did work and hiring more salespeople without understanding we do not have enough pharmacies to call as it is now. - CRO no shows to meetings, doesn't listen, and never hits numbers but now has more responsibility than when she started. She is also rude. - CEO has lost the faith and trust of the entire sales team This place is flatlining. Not sure how much longer this can go on.

      Pros

      Great work environment and passionnant people! Benefits are great and Chris, the CEO, is a hoot. The company just recently had a major investment and is definitely making waves in the pharmacy industry. You can tell that everyone who works there is genuinely appreciated and happy to be there.

      Cons

      Products DEFINITELY need improvement and priorities are misplaced by the development team. New product updates are on the way though and that's exciting! Office space is getting a little cramped and they're making efforts to clear some space, but the parking is a nightmare. Get there early or you'll be parking down the road!
