      Digital Pharmacist was a great opportunity largely due to the growth that it was experiencing. If you work hard and work well with others, you can find a comfortable place to excel.

      Because of its startup roots, things would get very chaotic sometimes.

      Pros

      All the leaders and most of the employees are actually passionate about their careers and the company's mission of helping the market The company enthusiastically provides all the resources you need to succeed. Compensation structure is the best in Austin - bonuses when goals are exceeded. Chris the CEO is passionate about the product and the people who come into the office every day. I feel challenged and know what the company's expectations are.

      Cons

      The company expects you to exceed your goals... which is great for me but probably is a deal-breaker for some people.
