The CEO (Dustin) and CRO (Tara) have zero idea what they are doing and seem to be making decisions that are reactionary instead of forward looking. Competitors have caught up to the technology and product offerings. Our prices continue to go up despite market demand and pharmacies unable to keep up with lower reimbursement fees.
CRO doesn't care about the staff, their thoughts or ideas and sales people are miserable. CRO is brining down sales and is never available to help answer questions and still doesn't understand our products. She is rude and condescending to everyone including other senior staff members.
New contract process seems to be slowing sales and loss of scripts make it harder to onboard new reps and get them up to speed. Teams are spread thin in CS, Ops, and Success and yet they keep hiring more people at the executive level to be decision makers instead of doers.
