We are proud of giving people the benefit of the doubt and providing second chances. We trust, until it is shown that we shouldn't. We participate in an annual compensation review to ensure we are aligned with market expectations for comp, and according to our survey data, overall we are paying 11.1% above market. Pros

I started here earlier this year and have really enjoyed it so far! I work hybrid between my home and the office. The office is so nice and in a great, central location. The benefits have been great. Unlimited PTO that they really encourage you to take and 401K match, can't beat that.

Cons

I haven't been here for too long but would like some more opportunities to get to know people in the office better!

They are good for connection and open to improving yourself during your work. So patient, Helpful, Respect, and a good team to work with.

Cons

Good to grow. Each Pharmacy needs to know the Digital Pharmacist system.
