Pros

Plenty of work, you won’t be bored. You can certainly see your subject matter expertise and effort helps, but it’s never recognized or rewarded. Management will abuse their authority and disrupt your working hours and expect you to jump up around their schedule, last minute, everytime.

Cons

Only those who are in the circle get promoted. Hard work does not get you recognition or a promotion. It’s a shame what the company has become with the circle taking over. Not diverse at all, you can see who has been chosen to have authority

Pros

Lundbeck is somewhat competitive with pay, but not once you consider your responsibilities and the stress. Also, no future outlook as a company or for your career path unless you are affiliated.

Cons

As a current employee, I’ve watched the culture decline rapidly under constant shifts with management. There’s zero work-life balance, constant stress, and no real direction—just empty promises. Morale is low, and leadership doesn’t seem to care. It’s tough to stay motivated in such a negative environment.
