Pros

Fantastic team spirit, multiple perks (downtown parking, summer hours, catered food), relaxed management, good pay, yearly bonuses and raises depending on how the company does and your performance. Various opportunities to excel for additional pay and/or accolades.

Cons

Certain divisions seem happier than others. Different cultures in each section of the business. Getting larger quickly, need to catch up on some things that were missed between being a small company and a large company.

Benefits, benefits benefits only good thing about current Lupin.

Cons

Worst management practices at somerset USA site. Toxic work environment. Threatening Lower level employees if you need job /visa do work as manager requires. No professionalism.

Pros

A paycheck every 2 weeks

Cons

No trust in sales force. Aggressive goals mean no commissions. Some good managers but upper leadership is ruthless and cutthroat. Managed care coverage is weak and we are set up to fail. Only a bank of days so sick days count the same as vacation.
