Lupin focuses on drawing out the employee's inner skills & then gives opportunities to apply them for the mutual benefit. A lot of learning & development activities are carried out which are beyond the expectations of the employees. The work environment is so good that any new joiner will think that he has come to his home after a long period.

Cons

Because of the caring & nurturing environment, no one thinks to leave the organization.
