Transparency has been an issue but the company makes a lot of effort to correct that and things have improved significantly.

Pros

Above average salaries, 1k 10bis or Cibus/Wolt, promotes from within when possible, nice offices in a great location with free parking, cool swag, high quality laptops and peripherals.

Cons

Hyper growth - Lusha is hiring 15-30 new employees each month and I stopped recognizing faces. Constant department re-arrangement.
