Experienced CNA who provide quality care. Low patient to staff ratios during most shifts. Opportunities to grow and receive certifications and education in profession

Cons

DON is poor manager and will block peoples hours so she can work. Staff does not receive training for dementia residents and handling behaviors Frequently nurses are pulled to be CNA’s or may have changes to assignment without notification prior to shift
