      Leadership always available by phone 24/7 if assistance needed when out in the field. Friendly and helpful co-workers. Orientation thorough.

      Cons

      Every work place has a “con”, but at this moment I can’t think of anything negative to say.

      The best place to work

      Pros

      Coworkers who respect you. Managers who listen to you and try to help you. Getting to work as a nurse and taking care of patients at end of life who are truly in need. Driving around to patient's homes and not being "stuck" in an office.

      Cons

      We have to go where the patients are and sometimes that can be a distance.
