Company has a long history providing care for elderly - great Mission, vision and values! Provides employees with great work-life balance. Pay rates are typical of nonprofits, however many hourly positions are offered incentives to help when there are staffing needs. Generous sign on bonuses. It’s nice to work somewhere that you are not just an employee number, and you feel valued!
