      Pros

      Very exciting to be part of organization that makes a difference in the lives of so many. I have been with the company for more than 7 years and continue to be proud of the rewarding environment. Our staff and team members care so much about the individuals they are helping on a daily basis, brings a smile to my face.

      Cons

      None for me. Wish more people would experience the rewards we have to offer.

      Pros

      Def feel appreciated and valued here. Enjoy my coworkers, great community to work in. Employees really care about residents/participants. Very friendly.

      Cons

      Some departments can't think out of the box. So many entities, very compartmentalized. Wish it was more cohesive overall. Need more staff to keep up with acquisitions.
