      Experience at Passavant as a Casual Household Assistant

      Pros

      It is a hands-on position and great for individuals who like to stay on their feet. You must enjoy interacting with the elderly, basic cooking, organization, and cleaning. You are left alone to work at your own pacing most of the day.

      Cons

      Cleaning up after meals while maintaining the standard of cleanliness can be difficult. There are nights when I'm rushing to clock out on time and do a thorough job of my work.
