I was PRN and loved getting to know and working with the elder population! So sweet and so rewarding.

Cons

At the time, there was a shortage of staff so i was always being asked to work more and more. Felt kind of burned out after a while

Very exciting to be part of organization that makes a difference in the lives of so many. I have been with the company for more than 7 years and continue to be proud of the rewarding environment. Our staff and team members care so much about the individuals they are helping on a daily basis, brings a smile to my face.

Cons

None for me. Wish more people would experience the rewards we have to offer.
