      The best place to work

      Pros

      Coworkers who respect you. Managers who listen to you and try to help you. Getting to work as a nurse and taking care of patients at end of life who are truly in need. Driving around to patient's homes and not being "stuck" in an office.

      Cons

      We have to go where the patients are and sometimes that can be a distance.

      Resident focused, Great staff to resident ratio, good pay and benefits, Beautiful Campus tucked away in the corner of Zelienople, so many Pros.
