Pros
- the people working here are great; - managers tend to be friendly and fight for salary increases / find you new projects if you ended up on bench; - they allow you full-remote work;
Cons
Due to recent recession in IT: - there have been quite few projects lately and because of that you might end up on whatever project is still available rather than one that actually fits you - the projects you do find seem now to be on a limited period, like 6 months, rather than undetermined (so job stability is not great right now); - our salaries have frozen for the past 1-2 years;
