1. Salary lower than you can find on Polish IT market 2. Company doesn't have any strategy about you or your future, for example if project got cancelled on which you was appointed you fall into the abyss of "Luxoft Bench" which means you are halfway fired. They don't give you much time to find a new project. If you can't find any project while on Bench company will cancel your contract and you need to return. Managers from Bench will send you even low quality projects, projects for small amount of time (so basically in three months for example while new project is going you are OK then you need to go on Bench again) and you are forced to take any Project because of time constraints. Also you can't predict if project on which you were interviewed will even be started or while you on Bench you will find any Project or Project Manager that actually interested in you it's basically a gamble to relocate. My project was cancelled before the start and I was jumping from one project to another and then moved to Luxoft Bench. Frustrating experience. If you are a high/wide skilled specialist which won't stay on Bench long I advice you just not consider this company.
