      Good salary, if you are in Kiev and salary is most important for you - choose Luxoft.

      Cons

      Projects are crap. Mostly support projects for investments banks full of bureaucracy. Forget about your experience in algorithms, multitasking etc. You will spend all your time on calls with customer which wants to hack his 20+ years legacy system in the way it never gonna work...

      lovely atmosphere, nice environment, affable people, good management, great professional and career growth opportunities, qualified specialists, medical insurance, training center, possibility of relocation.

      Cons

      Difficulty with self-development opportunities: hard to get to the lecture. Constant problems with WiFi. Working on remote virtual machines.
