The company really cares about the employees
Pros
it's very depends what project you're applying to. If you apply on Millennium account, you can't expect any more warm and friend oriented job. Good salaries and interesting job. But I can say the company does its best to make sure you work in a comfort place, your needs are fulfilled. If you're looking for a safe harbor where you can concentrate at work, it's the best place. There are number of opportunities to work with foreign companies, which, otherwise, you have very low chance(if any) to work on.
Cons
it's very depends what project you're applying to. some projects are great, some more or less. (Millennium is the best though =) ) But even on my project we have to connect to the workspace through Citrix works fine but a bit annoying. Luxoft has been bought by DXC company. There wan no any change on our everyday work, but there increase amount of emails from company with some corporative educations/information about the company/etc.
