Pros

Luxoft has one of the greatest benefits around. Package in Luxmed is very extensive - it includes guarantee of the service within 24h/72h, dentist surgery for free and refund of private healthcare up to 500 PLN per quater. Besides that employees get Multisport card and additional MyBenefit points e.g. for cinema.

Cons

There is no great connection with senior management. People rotate quite often.
