It has stable projects in different lobs

Cons

No salary increase, no shares, no events, poor benefits, it used to be good 4 years ago, but now everyone is kind of "jumping" out the boat

Very well internal organization. There is internal platform which you can easily use for your onboarding process, annual leaves, taking internal trainings for upskilling, jiira tasks etc. Very well process for tracking goals and performance reviews

Cons

Projects are not great, lot of dinosaur companies with lot of technical debt, not too exciting to work on. Plus it is intense pace as it is outsourcing company, there is no time to build team culture
