I've started working at Luxoft a few months ago, after working for over 8 years at my previous employer. I must say that was one of the best decisions I've made in my life and I am looking forward to grow at Luxoft. The following points summarize the main pros:
- full remote work, with also the possibility to visit/work from the office;
- good salary;
- career plan/development;
- internal mobility for changing projects;
- work equipment;
- good team and diverse;
- good communication with management;
- nice web platform for employees;
- additional free days if the legal holidays fall are in the weekend;
- two extra free days per year and vacation days are extended based on previous work experience;
- internal contests;
- learning platform with lost of information to choose from, including webinars;
- meal vouchers, medical and gym subscription;
- implication in charity/volunteering projects.
Cons
I have been working at Luxoft for only a few months and there are no main cons I can mention so far. I can only mention that after starting work there was a large amount of information that I had to take in (related to the project, work environment, employees platform, trainings etc.), but it was fine after the first two weeks.
