Unfortunetly, this is a hire&fire company. They will fire you after 3 months. They destroyed my career path. Tried to get a visa for a long time. They act different across their employee. For some of them they are speaking with embassy for others they don't do even nothing and giving all the responsibility for your shoulders. Even if you upskill yourself inside they won't be apply a rejected offer 2nd time.
