      Remote Work. No Micro Mgmt.(Depends on your project) Exploring new skills wrt to your role

      There is no bench policy, once you switched to bench, Hr's will contact you and inform that with in NP time, if we didn't find any project.. then that will be the LWD.

      easy to move to any country

      Cons

      too many. terribly organized workflows, management does not understand anything technical issues and technologies, low level of engineers skills, etc.
