      Pros

      A good recruitment process, they find a strong developers, relocation process is good as well. Some opportunities, f.ex. pass some courses.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is a body shop, a lot of switching between different projects. In addition, there is a high personnel turnover in Luxoft, but very often it's an internal mobility.
