      Pros

      I worked in luxoft around 2.5 years without any increment. Whenever I asked to my line manager he said I m trying but dxc not allowing us to give. Dxc technology acquired luxoft but all operation handled separately. Dxc using this strategy to hire from luxoft once project get completed they will fire so no direct blem will come to dxc. Luxoft don't have much project once dxc de-allocate you from project luxoft will fire you they don't have bench policy. If you have any other option please do not join this company and west your time.

      WFH is only gud this but agine you have to work without any appraisals.

      Pros

      1.HR Policies good 2.Joining time you receive nice welcome kit 3.Diwali time you receive nice gift.

      Cons

      1.No job security they will teriminate immediately once project done. 2.No recruiter will touch with you if you don't have project. 3.They will tel internal mobility will takecare once you release project but recruiters don't take about you seriously.Simple tell no project 3.If you join that company before you decide you will have only 6 to 1 year to stay if you have project. I strongly recommend people if you have more then one offer don't go luxoft.

      Pros

      Some interesting projects if you are lucky to find one. Some time ago I would say that it's a wonderful company, but not these days.

      Cons

      It seems the situation is getting worse. No new projects, many projects are about to close, pay raises are almost frozen, the bench is dramatically reduced to 4 weeks, IM barely works, many people with years of experience were forced to leave the company during the last year. So don't expect that you'll be able easily switch a project or to find a new project once the old one is done. Too many managers doing who knows what. Some time ago I saw about 10 levels of different intermediate "managers" and "directors" between me and executives level. Doesn't look promising.
