- No job security, you can fired anytime without given you any sign, you are always in danger even though if you are really good. I know they fired some people who is working there more than 8 years. - Minimum minimum minimum salary. - No salary increase, they make great revenue but no salary increase, don't even ask it. - No health insurance for your family (they cut that benefit). - Client is everything for them, managers will never defend you they will always defend the client. - Management is poor, some of managers have lack of knowledge about how to manage people. - There is no project on the bench, don't believe what you see on bench, %90 of them fake. - If you are on bench don't wait, look for another job right away. - There is no any benefit only you get your salary - Don't trust their job ads on linkedin, they just keep posting fake job ads there.

* it's a dxc company so expect they will try very very hard to reduce spending (i.e. no yearly salary increase, delayed or no bonus, no gifts etc...) * every project is kinda a different company and if your progress or the performance you demonstrate in a previous project is automatically reseted in the new project. * no budget, if your request anything that requires money.
