      Pros

      Great place to work with professionals. Devs do well here. Life work balance is good.

      Cons

      The company's financial situation has been poor for over four years now. Many talented managers have either left the company or are considering leaving. DXC owns Luxoft, and trust in DXC is wavering. I received my first raise since being hired, and the amount is, at best, laughable. The executive team and leadership have changed significantly in the past two years. Dmitri has not been the CEO for several years, making my opinion about him irrelevant.
